In another revelation, Oda clarified that Saint Rosward’s full name is Rosward Rosward.
It’s a comedic yet telling detail that confirms the Celestial Dragon naming structure — and narrows down the 20 original families who became the World Nobles.
Now, only about six or seven Celestial Dragon family names remain unknown, setting the stage for possible future reveals about their origins and power dynamics.
Two Calendar Systems in the One Piece World
Oda also explained the dual calendar systems — Kaien-Reki (Age of the Sea Circle) and Ten-Reki (Age of Heaven).
According to him, the current year is 4141 in the Age of Heaven and 1541 in the Age of the Sea Circle.
Both systems are still used across the world, representing the cultural divide between nations and regions.
