Summary of all the additional info we have gotten from multiple sources:

Rocks saves and helps Eris and Teach escape. He flees while carrying his wife and child, pursued by Garling and a group of Davy family members who have turned into demons, including his father and grandmother.

Garling and the remaining Davy family members fight against Rocks but are all defeated. In the end, Rocks overpowers them completely; Garling collapses, coughing blood.

Rocks’s attacks cause the enemy’s regeneration to slow down. This effect is particularly visible on Garling—similar to how Gabban’s attacks affected Sommers earlier.

Meanwhile, Garp and Roger are shocked by Imu’s sudden appearance and the overwhelming display of Haki in God Valley.

Garp, horrified by the massive number of civilian deaths, calls Sengoku and questions whether he knows what’s really happening there.

He continues to doubt the truth behind the events, including Sengoku’s evasive response. Someone had once raised similar doubts before, but that person mysteriously disappeared from the Navy.

Elsewhere, Big Mom is ambushed by Kaido, who strikes her down, steals the Devil Fruit, and eats it himself.

Ivankov and Kuma also appear in this chapter; some scenes are flashbacks from Chapter 1096, while others are entirely new.

Kuma uses his powers to heal many of the injured civilians.

Saturn is seen observing from a mountain, seemingly in communication with Imu. Imu once again appears possessing Saturn’s demon form—mostly shown as a black silhouette with only the eyes clearly visible—and remains silent throughout the chapter.

Rocks tells Whitebeard that there’s nothing to gain, yet Whitebeard still chooses to fight alongside him. Kaido then arrives in his dragon form, and the three of them face their enemies together. The chapter concludes with Rocks staring at Imu and declaring, “This is the world itself.”
