One Piece chapter 1161 delivers one of the most thrilling moments in the God Valley flashback — and this time, Monkey D. Garp takes the spotlight. Titled “The Song of Love that Blew Through the Shower of Arrows”, this chapter consists of 19 pages, including a beautiful color spread of the Straw Hats playing with a giant claw machine against a lion.

Chaos Unleashed in God Valley

The chapter opens with all-out war across God Valley. Dragon is seen running away with baby Shanks and Shamrock, only to be struck by a laser beam and knocked to the ground.

This introduces Saint Maffey of the Knights of God, who was ordered to bring the children back before Garling finds out.

Despite his injuries, Dragon refuses to give up and sees saving the babies as his way to atone for taking part in the deadly “murder game.”
