The Manga One Piece 1162 has officially been delayed, and this time the reason has left the community deeply concerned.

Shonen Jump’s editorial team confirmed that Eiichiro Oda, the legendary creator behind the series, is taking an unplanned break due to health issues.

While readers are familiar with scheduled pauses, the suddenness of this announcement has triggered widespread worry across the fandom.

Eiichiro Oda is no stranger to exhaustion. For more than two decades, he has worked under a relentless weekly schedule, often sacrificing rest to deliver new chapters of One Piece.

Shueisha, the publisher of Weekly Shonen Jump, released an official message apologizing for the sudden break. They clarified that despite appearing in the issue’s content list, Manga One Piece 1162 would not be released as planned. The continuation is currently scheduled for October 14, 2025, provided Oda recovers in time.
